Rusty Treasures with Brenda Ambrosino

March 15 - Brenda Ambrosino - Rusty Treasurers.  

We don't know why rust and patina are so appealing but they are!  In this class you will learn the metal surfacing techniques you'll need to take an ordinary piece of chipboard and turn it into a beautiful piece of rusty paper or an unfinished box and turn it into a found treasure.  Using surfacers and patinas that is exactly what you will be creating in this class.  Along with encaustic waxes, stamps, papers, shells, mica, fibers, inks and more, you will create a beautiful card suitable for framing and a precious little box to store some little treasures.  All supplies are included.  Brenda will be at the March meeting with samples.  The cost is $55 ($45 plus $10 for IRBAC). The time is 1-5PM
