Welcome Guild Members:
Polymer clay lends itself to as much surface design manipulation as any fiber. In the April 24th workshop I will be guiding the group through some design techniques like color blending, mokume gane, and millefiori created on site. Aside from any of the techniques we have put together in class, you will have access to the dozens of millefiori patterned logs I have created over years. Adding wires, jewels, iridescent powders, findings, (all provided, as well as many tools, raw clay, pasta machines, ovens), we will create finished, baked products such as: bug pins, hearts, beads, etc.. Color is my game. Come join in. Very few incidentals to bring: (I will have extras) - small bottle of alcohol to clean hands and surface - sharp long blade for slicing, (craft store) - needle tool - any brayer or rolling tool The cost will be $75.00 including the Beach Art Center Fee Any questions, text me at 773-988-0863 Looking forward, Karyn Kozak
