Opening Reception – Sunday, October. 12, 2025, 12:00 p.m. to 2 p.m.
Call for SDG Artists:
Create 2-D artwork inspired by TIPPING POINT theme. The Guild encourages members’ best work that is originally conceived and created by a Surface Design Guild member within the last two years and has not been shown in a UU Church sponsored show.
Drop off artwork: on Tuesday October 7 or Wednesday October 8 to either of the following, after contacting for appointment:

The Show Committee Will:
- Accept 2-D artwork and garments that can be displayed on a wall mounted mannequin, or a freestanding mannequin that you will provide.
- Coordinate drop off of artwork at Unitarian Universalist Church
- Work cannot be taken down until show closes
SDG Members Will:
- Fill out and sign submission form (can be printed from TBSDG website)
- Provide label information by emailing info to Aida Sheets at aidajune@me.com no later than September 20, 2025. Label info to include: Artist Name, Title of Work, Medium, Price or NFS, Email and Phone Number.
- Pay $10 on this TIPPING POINT Event online for up to 3 submissions.
- Deliver artwork to locations listed above under Call for SDG Artists.
- Provide ready to hang 2D artwork and/or garments and TBSDG Artwork Submission Form found on TBSDG website in Members Only/Exhibit Submissions.
- Send out e-vites and invitations to your mailing lists.
- Volunteers to provide food for Opening Reception on Sunday, Oct. 12, 2025, 12pm to 2pm
- Pick up artwork at Unitarian Universalist Church on Thursday, November 20 between 10:30 and noon*
We Need: 2 volunteers to coordinate Opening Reception on Sunday, October 12, 2025, 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Contact Jodi Doll-Bowling, jodidoll55@gmail.com, to volunteer.
