It is important to check the box for the "General Fund," and also include "Sarah Butz" in the comment section at the bottom of the form. This will ensure that your donation goes towards Sarah's gift.)

Sarah was one of the early members of the Guild and has been Guild President and our fearless Show Committee Chair for many years. We will miss her friendship, artistry, leadership, encouragement to do "fabulous work," and her commitment to showcasing the Tampa Bay Surface Design Guild to our community.
